OCCD supports provision of life-saving WASH service to conflict and drought affected communities in Balkh, Baghlan and Kapisa Provinces. Under this project, OCCD will rehabilitate/construct 32 water points, provides safe water for 20,000 people, hygiene promotion for 15,00 people, safe sanitation for 2,500 people as per the cluster standards, train 1,400 people on hygiene promotion messages and distributing 1,400 hygiene kits to the target community. OCCD provides life-saving WASH services to 20,000 beneficiaries and 140 persons with disability living in under-served communities. The project funded by AHF-UN-OCHA and implements by OCCD.
