OCCD supports provision of life-saving WASH service to conflict and drought affected communities in Kapisa and Badakhshan Provinces. Under this project, OCCD will constrict 20 water wells, including installation of hand pumps, Rehabilitation of 40 non-functional water points, establishment and building the capacity of 20 WASH committees, construction of 300 gender-appropriate latrines, community mobilization and training on CLTS technics, Hygiene promotion, work on behavior change practices and distribution of hygiene promotion materials are the main activities of this project.
